Garage ADU Conversion

This project involved converting the garage of an existing duplex into a fully functional Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The client’s goal was to maximize the use of their property by adding a third rental unit on the same lot, creating an additional source of income.

With ample street parking available, the underutilized garage presented the perfect opportunity for transformation. The client requested a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout, as such units are highly sought after in this area and offer excellent rental potential.

The result is a well-designed ADU that blends seamlessly with the existing property, turning unused space into a valuable asset while meeting the growing demand for affordable housing.
